Damn, that would actually be a cool mode concept. After you correctly guessed the ghost/investigated the property, you could play and the Ghostbuster version of swat to remove the ghost. Your investigation must be thorough and you have to be sure you know what it is as the ghost will be angry from the start and they all have different unique ways to remove them. Wrong one, well you have an even more active/hunting ghost and a money penalty so be sure you know what You're dealing with.
