In the most recent developer preview from Phasmophobia, we have learned that they will be adding a music box. This will be considered a “cursed possession” just like we have seen in the other previews with the voodoo doll and the summoning circle. I went ahead and remade the sheet music from this song “Adrift” seen in the photo and added a music box sound with it. I repeat… THIS AUDIO IS NOT FROM THE GAME! Song is "Adrift" that you can see in the sheet music in the developer preview. Created the audio to give us an idea of what the music box may sound like. Notes may not be 100% but should be fairly close.
If you play this video at 1/75x speed it sounds really creepy and will most likely be the sound used in the core game, this at 1x speed sounds…. weird
This sounds so beautiful, yet slightly creepy. It feels like the type of theme that would play when you're in the process of moving on, or passing away (Hence the song name "Adrift"). Except, the ghosts in Phasmophobia aren't able to move along. They're trapped. Very dark and unsettling when you think of it…
I can not WAIT for this update. It's going to change everything! so exciting.

the music box needs a rework, but i love this music
its kinda bad because all it does is give you a hint to where the ghost's room is that doesn't exactly help and then it starts a hunt (unless everyone ive seen has just been using it wrong)
