I had 2 runs like this tonight with my friends. One was an Obake that gave fingies first, then didn't on one of its door knocks. The other was a Thaye that my teammates wanted to assume was a raichu. It's the best feeling when you just know immediately.
I remember an Obake I had a while ago that flicked a light switch next to me as soon as I entered the house, so I turned on my UV flashlight and there were two fingerprints. the total investigation time was 1 minute, 42 seconds.
