Have you ever heard of a ghost train? I went to a very old high school and there were train tracks very near the school. There was a story that a student who was deaf was walking to school along those tracks one day. He didn’t hear the train and was killed. As a result, he haunts the school even today and students report seeing a bright light at the end of the third floor hall – along with a train horn and as the train passes, all the locks on the lockers swing as if a train were really there.
Now I never saw this “Ghost Train” but I will say my high school was very eerie. And I had a friend who claimed he saw it after a football game one weekend. He’d gone inside to put something in his locker after the game and saw the bright light, saw the locks all swing as if something had passed and he claimed he was terrified. Haunted or not, it makes for a good story. But exactly why is there a Ghost Train in the Asylum? To be fair – I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be the screams of patients who once lived in Sunny Meadows. But it sounds more like a train to me.

Missed opportunity to call it a "souuuuuul train"
That would be a cool mod. Like, it's part of a curse. Only one person hears it and it starts out quiet and gets louder the closer it gets to you and then it just kills.
Still going to play soon but that reminds me when I went sunny meadows and took a parabolic and walk and then hear two banshee screams after each other
