Okay so… this one is a bit harder but I hear you guys like these a bit harder. There isn’t a DEFINITELY what the ghost is but you can narrow it down and make a fairly educated guess. If you’re really observant, you probably caught that there is ghost writing clearly next to the burned crucifix. And you probably also noticed that the crucifix burned before we were even to 60% sanity. So you probably used this information to determine the ghost is either a demon or a thaye. But which of these two? Well, if you play close attention you may notice that we have cold breath in the room and it’s not snowing outside which may make you think it’s freezing. Also, the thaye would age the longer we’re in the room which we’ve clearly been there a while. So the chance of it being a demon is higher than it being a thaye – although you can’t fully rule out a thaye. So if you guess either of these, good job. Although this one is a demon.

Demon probably but could also be a mare
Hmm, It could be a few different ghosts. Obviously it could be a demon since they can hunt at any time. It could also be a yokai with average sanity under 80% if someone talked near the ghost recently. It could be a raiju with average sanity at 65%, assuming the reading was off a little bit. It could also be a young thaye, although it looks like people have been in the room for a while, so probably not. And of course, it could be a mimic.
However, there is ghost writing, so that rules out all except the thaye and the demon, so I would guess demon here.
