  1. I feel like you could be right with the first ghost, the second ghost I have no clue what it could be yet. And I'm not quite sure if it's going to be interactable furniture, I just feel like a moving wheelchair might be a type of ghost interaction. But we will see 🙂

  2. I have to say that you're really good at finding out things about this game. We'll find out if you were right in the next update but I think you might have solved it or at least the first one.

  3. I like the visuals and the recent changes they've been making to rhe maps. I do think that picture of the furnace room is a little silly, though. The place is supposed to be dilapidated.

  4. definitely agree on both ghosts! for deogen's ability it would be cool if the ability was to do with sight. maybe because of "fogginess" they can't see as far (like yokai with hearing) or maybe the opposite and they can see further – that could be super cool and bring new challenges with line of sight!

  5. I think they should for the next big update where they add ghosts and map(s) add new evidence with more than 2 new ghosts. It would be better to wait longer and get better update than fast a couple small ones

  6. Moroi is a (creature, more like an undead or werewolf like) which is called like this in some regions from Romania…I lived in there and I know well about these myths. The elder say that during the life of a human, if that person had some unsettled matters that emotionally hurt him/her and he cursed the people that did bad to him/her (in some cases it can be a different story about what happened) He/she will never have rest and their body will appear around those people and bringing them death, sickness or bad things.

  7. Second ghost definitely behind with D, then a vowel either A or E, then some blurred letters, but then 100% it ends in YL. No doubt no question about it.

    So when you look for existing spirits/folklore which fit the name pattern of Da__yl or De__yl, there is one creature which stands out called *Dactyl*. Ancient Greek mythology of mischievous childlike creatures which often come in groups of 10, due to a reference to being created when an earth goddess put their fingers into the ground (hence why there’s 10).

    I believe the second “ghost” will be called Dactyl, will work like twins on steroids in the sense that it behaves like multiple entities (10 rather than 2), and that the ghost itself could even be restricted to child models only.

  8. Second ghost probably has a "y" at the end of it's name.

    Just a guess though. The Moroi sounds like a really dangerous ghost btw. Considering ghosts hunt at lower sanity anyway, this guy will be really dangerous when you run away from it on smaller maps and it's behind you around the corner or so.

I will love it if there’s a super-hidden update to the Poltergeist if they make interactions more advanced that make all objects in a room temporarily float for a few seconds; of course, this should only have a chance to occur if a criterion is met or in general have like a .000000001% chance of happening to prevent ruining immersion but still be creepy

  10. It sure sounds like the wheel chair might move, though I am skeptical we will see a lot of moving furniture. It really doesn't seem we get much animations and stuff, and I get the sense it is really time intensive to have complex stuff happening. I know they wanted to have like plates break and stuff and they still don't have that. We might get some but I don't think it will be a lot.

  11. Had a discussion with some Phas players in Twitch and we have agreed on the Moroi too as one possibilities. But we couldn't figure out the second. Thanks for suggesting it as the Deogen.

    Googling it returned De Ogen, ok, now I understand the name. Based on research I'm guessing fingies, spirit box and DOTS would be appropriate evidences for this ghost, altho this combo is shared with the Phantom. Y'know something? I think it'd be more challenging if now we have to consider more than just one ghost per set of evidences and need to use behavioral and secondary evidences to differentiate the ghost, like the Phantom's slower blinkings and it disappearing when photoed.

    The other possible evidence set is Fingies, DOTS and Freezing Temps, which are NOT taken …yet.

    The De Ogen's behavioral traits could include such things as specific ghost sounds (children laughters), faintly colored (green, or perhaps orange, gray or white) freezing mists during or outside a hunt, and glowing eyes on the ghost models (here I'm taking Hollywood liberties on the lore a bit) 😉😁 To make the eyes more challenging, perhaps make it manifest only during hunts AND make the glow visible on every few or randomized blinks.
