There is a another spot in Ridgeview, you can check it out. The toilet located between the kitchen and garage. Inside the toilet there is a sink and a basket. Go on the backside of the basket and the ghost will totally not see you.

2 safe spots in grafton farmhouse
There are boxes under the stairs in graften, safe if u stand in between them.
If u go on any of the farmhouses and crouch in the corner under the staircase, u are in godmode for the entire hunt.
You can hide behind any door that opens towards a wall. It works in bleadsdale street house basement. Just open the door stand behind it, ghost walks past you. I don't know if this is patched yet, but it works for all interor doors that open towards a wall.
I used the kitchen on Edgefield, in between the counter and table. I just kept walking into the wall while crouched and for some reason survived. the ghost was a Revenant by the way.
I just hide behind doors that block me from their pathing line of sight.
In prison there is a pretty cool spot in the IT/office area on the second floor. There's a desk that you can get behind, between it and the windows (requires a bit of wiggling to get in) and you can juggle the ghost. I'm unsure if you are totally safe though
Perfect now I got use these with my crucifix and salt
Get glitched out of the map through the locker so you can be in the truck

@Psycho I have something for you to try! I have jokingly told the ghost "Come at me bro!" from the ouija board in two different matches and it started a hunt right after. Maybe it is dumb luck or there is something here. Worth investigating?

Something you might want to test:
Me and my friends worked out that sitting at the front door and leaning forward or backwards (so your head is outside the house) means the ghost won't detect you

the best safespot is just play in vr and lay on the ground. they cant get you if your too high or too low

If you're playing in VR mode, you can crouch and hide under the gurneys
I saw a stream on Ridgeview where the ghost wouldnt even follow someone INTO the garage, no need to hide they wouldnt even follow through an open door
Does turning off the flashlight matter during hunts? I never really got an answer for that by searching…
only 3 you can just literally go to any table or something and play ring around the rosie with the ghost
I don't remember the map but there's a fan at the corner, if you crouch and go behind the fan, the ghost can't get you

It seems that Wraiths cannot walk through walls and doors, instead its their special power to teleport near the ghost hunters before starting hunt.
Likely design choice as it would be hell to get away from a wraith that just walks straight to you, while you desperately try to weave through furniture and doors…
