My go to setup at the beginning is photo cam strong flashlight and thermometer. I know thermo has been changed but it's just easiest for me. I keep a photo cam on me at all times until I get the ghost photo because it always seems to show up whenever I don't have a cam, and then never show up again.

When you took the phantom photo on one of the farmhouses, I shared your confusion. I believe it was because of how the ghost photo (as to be expected with phantoms) was blank on the photo cam, but it still set off some confusion

I swear the Ouija board used to spawn in more places on all the maps, but they've been set to fixed spots now.
It used to spawn in the hallway closets and the boy's bedroom closet in Edgefield. It used to spawn in the bedroom at the bottom of the Bleasdale attic steps. etc.

There should be a modifier for the difficulties! Like making the ghost a lot more aggressive for extra money, Perfect Run (you don't get any rewards when you leave unless you get a perfect score), etc!! I think that would suit the game nicely
