To explain this for anyone else wondering; its not new but its not exactly old either. When the Tarot Cards were first added (alongside the other cursed possessions), if you pulled high priestess without anyone being dead…it wouldn't work, effectively meaning it was wasted. However in a LATER patch, they updated it so it can revive someone who dies after it was pulled.
