4:55 – I've had a guy like this in my game before. He's using a mod menu like WeMod, which can show you the ghost at all times. But, obviously, it only works for the person using the mod menu, thus making all ghost photos that they take appear like they're phantoms to everybody else, whereas for the cheater it will look normal – because the mods only work client-side (or, at least, the mods from WeMod, afaik)
I mean, they're cheating in a public game, chances are they're not very smart people.
