    NOW THAT THEY FOUDN OUT WHAT IT IS, THEY SHOULD NOW FIND WHERE THE GHOST BODY LOCATED OR THEIR PORTAL LIKE MIRRORS OR ITEMS WHERE THEY SPAWN.

    AFTER DIGGING OR FINDING THEIR BODY OR THE ITEM THAT IS CURSED, GHOST WILL HAUNT VERY LONG, AND SOME GHOST SHOULD LET PLAYERS OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. (PLAYER WHO GOT THE OBJECTIVE WHICH IS THE ITEM OR BODY WILL MORE LIKELY GET TARGET BY THE GHOST AND TEAMS SHOULD SUPPORT HIM/HER GETTING THAT ITEM/BODY TO THE VAN/CAR.

    -SPECIAL GHOSTS – THESE GHOSTS ARE UNIQUE MODELS AND NOT NORMAL GHOSTS. THEY ARE THE DEADLIEST AND MORE DANGEROUS GHOST. THEY ARE CALLED NEPHILIMS WHICH LIVED FAR BACK OLDER THAN JESUS CHRIST. AS OLD AS EGYPTIANS. THEY ARE ANCIENTS. 6-8 PLAYERS TO INVITE. ANCIENT GHOSTS TEND TO USE OTHER NORMAL SPIRITS TOO LIKE IN REAL LIFE. THEY ARE THE MOST POWERFUL SPIRITS AMONG NORMAL SPIRITS.

    ANCIENT GHOSTS SHOULD BE RARE SPAWN AND HARD TO ENCOUNTER. SO IT COULD BE MORE FUN AND PLAYERS WILL TEND TO PLAY MORE GAMES JUST TO ENCOUNTER THESE SPECIAL GHOSTS. THE MODEL FOR THESE ANCIENT GHOSTS SHOULD BE DIFFERENT FROM NORMAL GHOST. THAT DOES NOT LOOK HUMAN AT ALL. JUST LIKE IN THE BIBLE.
    NEW ITEM:
    -HOLY WATER (SLOWS GHOSTS TO THE APPLIED HOLY WATER)
    -BIBLE (DECREASES TIME OF HAUNTING BUT WILL HAUNT MORE OFTEN AFTER THE EFFECT) – PLAYER WHO USED THE BIBLE WILL MORE LIKELY GET TARGETED.

  3. I was so scared that the developer will just go away with the big cash when it was popular. I can't even put it in words how good I feel that this game is not a let down. A refreshing awesome horror and coop.

  4. No mod option for phasmo is a crime 🙁 after game went out officially it would make a game fresh for everyone. Some group of friends want to have more ghosts on single map? Done. They want start with zero sanity? Done. They want to be chased by Thomas train? Done. Community mods are amazing and can make game fresh for anyone.

  5. Imagine phasmo vs mode with a player as the ghost. They'd just never write or use spirit box and never do interactions and just wait for the sanity to passively drop the search every hiding spot and kill one by one or even chain hunt……. That sounds so cheasy and boring af imo. You'd never figure out the ghost before dying lol

  6. I love that this game is growing so much! It would be cool to have even more choices for character models. I have a friend who is Indian and he hopes that one day they make a medium-toned avatar that he could play as.

  7. On the nature of hopes/ideas for future I'm hoping to see… I've put most of these in the suggestions channel in the Phasmo discord (sorry… this is long, I've been accumulating a LIST over time):

    Gear:

    Tech
    Stand up lights you can place in a trail (maybe max of four or six) that are light independent of the breaker, make it easier to leave off the flashlight.
    Microphones, so you can hear different locations from the truck
    Bag (increases carry limit, but getting into the bag is slow)
    Space Heater (warm up a location independent of the breaker… really only if they could produce more hot/cold interactions, otherwise this is only useful for Hantu, and detrimental for identifying Freezing ghosts)
    Speakers/Noisemakers (Allows someone in the truck to decoy a ghost, but is a one-shot, after it gets used, the batteries die, also doesn't help if the ghost sees someone)

    Occult
    Seance Candle (black or red) – burn it to call a ghost to a room, increases the chance of the ghost appearing, one shot use
    Ofuda – placed prior and acts as a wall for the ghost, but burns 6 seconds after contacting a hunting ghost, basically a pre-placed Smudge in some ways, but doesn't set wander mode
    Ghost Money (ie Chinese culture, not sure that's the proper term) – burn to appease a ghost and prevent it from roaming for a long while, but won't stop a hunt and the hunting ghost will leave the area
    Holy Water – Throw at ghost to slow it down during a hunt

    Aid
    Cat – Follows person around, has a chance to detect a present ghost and will meow or hiss if it does so, maybe meow if ghost leaves, hiss if ghost arrives
    Spirit Guide – Friendly ghost, produces a small number of friendly ghost events modified by difficulty and map size (stop a hunt, recover sanity, point in the direction of ghost or ghost room or bone). Always does it's events when a player is around. Visual element to things like stopping a hunt or recovering sanity, what events it does are random, not controlled. Spirit Guide model, if it manifests, is random but generally not terrifying looking.

    Evidence
    I'd like to see Spirit Box, Ghost Writing, and Video Cams get non-evidence style things they can see the way UV light (footprints), Thermo (lower temps but not freezing), and EMF (any incident) do… video cameras sort of have this with being able to see interactions and things being teleported or thrown…

    For spirit box, maybe the current one-word always the same voice would be any ghost, but long drawn out sentences in the voice of the ghost model (better ghost model uniqueness) or animal growls for animal ghosts (see other wishes below) would be Spirit Box evidence

    For Ghost Writing – any ghost does certain writings, but Ghost Writing ghosts always do very unique things tied to their model.

    Ghost Powers
    Ghost that can interrupt it's hunt in order to lull players into a false sense of security. For purposes of the puzzle aspect, make this something that any ghost can do, but one ghost does a lot more frequently, or else twice in one hunt…
    Ghost that doesn't trigger hunting signs (flashing lights, broken comms) for the first couple of seconds OR until it first has line of sight on a player.. basically have it trigger when in same room as player and/or after a couple of seconds to confuse people with whether or not its this ghost or just it happened to start hunting right then.
    Ghost that could possibly kill two players at once… if both are close enough too each other when it reaches one of them in a hunt
    Ghost that causes doors in its line of sight to slam shut (again, for puzzle purposes, maybe something that always can happen but more frequent with this ghost)
    Ghosts that interfere with investigator gear (sensors fall off walls, tripods knocked over, etc)… (again, for puzzle purposes, possible any ghost, but more common with this sort)

    Ghost Events
    Locking doors (make the other keys come back and have a use)
    Slamming doors
    St Elmo's Fire
    Ghost on TV
    Bleeding walls
    Writing on walls

    Ghost Models:
    Animal ghosts (hounds, cats, birds, goats, etc)
    Inhuman ghosts (oni, demons, misshapen horrors, assume any ghost type could have that model though)

    Ghost Model Hope:
    With Ghosts getting thematic scares, hopefully that means Ghost Model rather than Ghost Type otherwise identifying too easy, then Ghost Models getting their own powers to make things more difficult as well. So then each ghost would be really unique because you're matching the Model's power with the Type's power.

    Maps:
    Outdoor maps
    Ship maps
    Cubicle farm / Call Center
    Church and Graveyard (Indoor/outdoor elements)
    Ghost Town
    Campsite
    Library
    Warehouse
    Police Station
    Subway line / underground shopping stretch (ie, that one scene in American Werewolf in London)

    Other:
    Have other things to pick up rather than the Bone… replace Bone with "Anchor" or "Fetter" and have Bone be one type of Fetter/Anchor with others being like a diary, pendant, toy, or what not… have each Fetter/Anchor be unmistakable as anything else so limited pool of assets that are ONLY used for anchors… but just adds more character to the ghosts and allows for creating unique lore.

  8. The question I have on my mind is will there be a time where there’s a very small, rare chance of getting more than one ghost in a mission. What I’m thinking is it would be only on a harder difficulty such a professional, and it would only be able to happen on bigger maps with more space because if it was to happen on a smaller map it would be extremely unfair rather than fun and interesting. It also would make a lot of sense for bigger maps to have more than one ghost present, such as asylum and maybe a large cemetery or amusement park/fair or a big park or whatever location or building could be coming in the future, and it would help in changing things up from time to time so it’s not always the same thing over and over again. Just something I’ve been thinking about.

  9. Yesss! This is what I was wanting from this. Having more unique passive events like moving objects, doors, and other creepy events will bring the overall phasmophobia atmosphere to the next level.
    When I first played phasmo it was in vr, it was such a trip because I didn't know what to expect. Now that I've seen most things its not so bad. It will be nice to feel uncertainty again.

  10. I would love a feature where the ghosts have a random chance at standing there and staring at you directly into one of your video cameras as you're flipping through them on the computer

  11. I don't know if i should say it here, but I think we should be able to find some items we can buy in larger maps. Would make sens to find a crucifix or a in a flashlight (maybe not working correctly, fade or blinking) or things like that, idk. And I think a bible should do something with the ghost activity or something happening. (maybe there's already something and we don't know yet, or I am the only one who doesn't know XD). And I would LOVE one day to have a map where it's a big spooky castle. I'm just imagining some helmet moving where you look on an armor. Or adding things like thunder in a map or two, it could be in every map but randomize. I do not know the direction they want to go in tho. It's hard to make unique abilities and not guess the ghost type. Maybe in some rare occasion, a ghost could switch two players position.

    There's just soooo much potential.
    But a cool ghost ability could be: It goes super fast when there's a lot of items, but it doesn't answer much too or vice-versa!
    or it can see through lockers if the player doesn't hold an item from the house. And answers only to people who takes a photo-holder (don't know the name in english), etC.

    While I still enjoy the game. I think it needs a bit more challenges. Like in some maps. Instead of one power-supply for the lights, we could have multiple for different areas. Or something we have to do to stay hidden, some kind of ritual or idk.

  12. You mentioned as a streamer that VR is sort of problematic, but what's your opinion on playing Phas in VR without streaming in mind? Do you find it scarier and more immersive?
