Did you know this was a thing? If you have a monkey paw but no hiding spots, you can use it to unblock whatever hiding spot you choose. But it does burst the lights in your current room. If you’re playing with the breaker broken though, then it doesn’t matter!

It really doesn’t affect the lights during this event, so it’s a free hiding spot!
