You have to play alien isolation. I have played it on all modes from easy to nightmare. It was so much fun. It would be so great to see you play it.

Advice: put crossreferences to the other channel and twitch in your channel's CHANNEL and ABOUT sections.

Whenever the lights start flickering constantly (all lights) the ghost has initiated a hunting phase ;D Which means you have to run and hide and stay QUIET! XD So it doesn't get you! Phasmophobia is so much fun

Couple of pointers:
When the lights start flickering, find a place to hide and shoosh!
To use the smudge sticks effectively, you need to find the room where the ghost spawns for a hunt, light it IN that room, and drop it on the floor. You can light it any time, you only need to be sure you're in the ghost's "homeroom."

It's my favourite Horror-game and I am really not sure if I'd recommend it for you, because it is scary.
