The ghost can track your Equipment Like emf, cam, spiritbox, flashlight etc if its on and equipped. Always turn it Off or throw it away and move away from that last Spot since he can follow and move there. Also if you use ingame voice and you speak he can hear it and move to the last known Location where you talked or Had the flashlight on. If you get out of line of sight he will loose track of you. You can also watch insym he has multiple guides and he is very good in this fun game
