Did you pay the ghost or is there an actual trick to learning how to predict this?
If you play a lot of zero sanity you can learn the behaviors of ghosts and can often tell when rhey are about to hunt. Especially if your keeping track of when it last hunted and whether or not it has been smudged. If your sanity is within the hunting percentile theres a good chance itll do a ghost event then hunt. Or there will be less interaction. If roughly 2 minutes go by with little to nothing and you get a ghost event in sanity hunting range theres a good chance its getting ready to hunt
