When you know it is a Banshee, you can try to determine what player it is targeting. You can outrun a Banshee, so try separating from the team while hunts are active to see who it follows. This video shows that the non targets are safe while the ghost hunts.
ABOUT THE BANSHEE:
• Target one person at the time, who are inside the house
• !!!Can target a new player over time if the first target leaves the leaves the building
• 5 meter cover radius for crucifix rather than the normal 3 meters
• Normal hunt speed, so you can outrun it
• The players that are currenlty not targeted in the house, are safe from hunts and will not die.

Banshee: am i a joke to you?
After recent updates (to the beta i believe) this is no longer possible as shown in the video. The ghost will speed up over time if you are in line of sight. A way around it similar to this clip: Crouch down behind the counter and continue the round-a-bout. The ghost will follow you, but not speed up cause it doenst have line of sight. Its more challenging to complete though!
