I annoyingly got this the other day. Got lucky that the ghost room was in the garage with the breaker, threw down my items to go get evidence ones and the demon appeared between me and the door, I totally thought it was a ghost event… until I died… I now always carry a Crucifix with me until I find the ghost room, drop it and promptly get a smudge and won't stop carrying a smudge until I know it's not a demon XD. It's legit got me paranoid.

Btw, we have done these challenges before. They just brought them back with the new equipment and raise the reward to 5000$.

My friend got it intentionally, when demon baited us into garage with car and started hunt within 20 seconds of our arrival, i decided to hide, but he died to get the achievement

Another raiju ability that it can go faster when you're being chased by it than the speed when near an electronic equipment.
In easy words raiju is slower when near electronic equipment.
If you look at the unedited Twitch chat, I kept telling you to click next so you would get the achievement. 😂 I got insta hunted and ran straight to my death, but when the game loaded out, I saw my time was 1 minute and 7 seconds and was initially bummed. Once I clicked next, I got the achievement. Glad you finally got it though! It’s definitely a tough one to get. Look forward to tomorrow’s stream. 🤘🏼

I had this happen to me a week or so before achievements were added. It was the first time I had played in a while. I had been in Tanglewood just long enough to turn on the breaker. As soon as I got upstairs I saw the ghost standing in the living room. Luckily I had my camera with me so I went to take a picture, and immediately got killed by the ghost.
Decided that was not the day to return to Phasmophobia.
I got the achievement the other day and i thought it was pretty funny. It was actually during this challenge too. I was with my buddy, and we walked upstairs. Within 30 seconds i was just dead. No warning, nothing, just dead. I ran over to him and just said i'm dead and then just collapsed Infront of him.
I accidentally got this achievement, because i choosed lighter when demon was nearby xD
so funny story. my mate and i played and i was like lets speedrun this shit. so he went out again innstantly to prepare gear while literally ran down for the breaker. i was confused as the breaker never turned on first i was like maybe i didnt put the cursor on the right spot. i heard steps behind me and i thought my mate was coming.. mate said door is closed as the demon was already on my face 😀 we speedrunned that run and it was the easiest achievment for me 😀
I accidently got this achievement the day achievements got added to the game, I feel so accomplished

did you know you can't use the monkey paw with a controller? there is literally no way to put it down, the drop item button that is mapped is a wish trigger so unless I wanted to just keep wishing over and over again I can't do anything unless in a panic I can reach for the keyboard and remember how to drop it
technically this achievement is easier with the sound bug.
Spirit Box was my favorite item always until they changed it to this version and became my most hated item.

Had a mimic that was mimicing pretty normal ghosts until it decided to be a revenant, when we already ruled that one out, funniest mimic ever.
Goryo is actually easy but not in solo, because you have headcam
I got this one yesterday. Much like you I was running round the house screaming "kill me, kill me". I caught up to it and got killed in exactly the same place as you. 1 minute flat.
I thought the banshee one would have been harder because it involves playing with other people, and I don't like other people much. Having said that I lucked out and ended up with a nice bunch and our first (and last) game together was a banshee. Happy days 😊

you entered the house at 21:39 and died at 22:33 and then kicked out of the game at 22:51, so it seems like when the death animation starts is when you are considered dead and able to get the achievement

Dumbest "challenge" ever. I got axed in a little under 2 minutes, only to find out they changed it from 2 minutes to 1 minute. What is the "challenge", anyways? Try to die?
Regardless, this game is dying. Look at the % of people that have even unlocked Tier 1 items….virtually nothing.

Every single game I get a Demon I always get instantly clapped. This would be an easy challenge for me if I could get another Demon in the game.
I got this one before my 100th case. I walked in, got hit with a ghost event, and instant death
