I Hope I Don't Get Banned for This – Phasmophobia

Welcome back to Phasmophobia! In this video we break the game in VR! Vr is so janky that you can do many weird bugs that are impossible in normal play. Such as UNLIMITED NO KEY CHALLENGES! You heard that right, you can do a no key challenge in VR on every single map whenever you want. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do in this video! ENJOY!

DISCLAIMER: DO NOT DO THIS. Exploiting the game, especially in multiplayer, can get you banned so be careful out there and use at your own risk!

  1. I imagine you could just add a check to teleport the player back to the truck depending on the door's or key's state? Or.. something like that.

21:41 – As for the VR experience, yeah it got wayyy worse. It's a case where the old jank somehow felt smoother, but that might just be me. I'm not going to waste time spouting the same old "behh- custom binds" and "performance" stuff that's been screamed to death, but yeah…

  2. I started playing Phasmo in february 2022, VR only. Since then it's gotten worse and worse. I loved it when i started and now it's just not fun anymore because of the performances issues, glitches and all. I'm still having the time of my life every game i'm playing in pc mode. Hope some time in the future, it will get fixed for good!

And as usual, great content! Cheers

  3. I would pick up Phasmo VR again but:

    1. I haven't regularly played Phasmo since early 2021. It was essentially a different game at that time, so it would take me a LONG time to adapt to the game in its current state

    2. VR seems to be even more broken than before despite all the updates

    3. I have a Quest 2, and the game REALLY didn't like that when I last played. The lag and screen tearing made Phasmo VR virtually unplayable

For now, imma stick to watching Phastubers and maybe play regular Phasmo on occasion

  4. HE'S FINALLY DOING ALL THE VR BUGS!!! LET'S GOOOO!

I'm not far enough into the video to see if you do it, but you can be completely invincible by pressing the crouch button in-game and then sitting on the floor IRL. Your head sits on the floor and the ghost's hitbox doesn't reach that low. You can never die.

I exclusively play Phasmo in VR, I know all the tricks.

  5. Insym! My husband bought me phasmophobia cause he knew I wanted to play it. Our internet is not the best so I’ve only been able to play on my own.. so the terror has made me leave the jobs way to early a few times. But I finally got my first ghost! Properly and all! Super happy with it and now to try again

  6. In VR, there were many steps forward. The immersive experience is just too much of a plus. Glitches do persist or morph though. You get used to the controls and the general VR temperament.

  7. Insym: Goes through door without opening it*
Ghost: “HEY IM SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO THAT!!”
    Ghost: Uses Spirit Box*
Also Insym and Ghost: “Why are you here?”

  8. I totally understand where ur getting at when u talked about losing interest in vr. When i first got my vr set i played lots of games and played it day n night for hours. But when you just put down the VR for some time, you just kinda lose interest.. at some point i havent played VR for several weeks. And just to the point of not touching it at all. I fully went back to a normal seated gaming with good ol mouse n keyboard. I guess it’s just for the experience and not for the long run. Probably if something really cool comes up for VR again, thats when I would have the motivation to pick up the vr headset again
