In regards to you talking about Midnight Ghost Hunt, I actually didn't know about the things you mentioned. I agree with you that it absolutely feels like the game is meant to be enjoyed casually but is littered with sweaty try-hards which is silly because there isn't even a ranking system lol. My personal gripe with the game is that there's no punishment for hunters who just run in and blast everything, leaving the ghosts with no options to actually try and hide and be stealthy.
Game ended? Nah we call that hamburger time.
1:54:15 I dunno why but Insym berating the ghost and saying "NOO, this MY mess" and then playing the piano has me rolling with laughter.
No joke, but my bus driver when I was in elementary school was named Janice Young, and she went by Jan (like January). (I live in the US).

3:22:00 WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE DOTS?! I’ve never seen this human-like animation before (camera only, not real life (least not I can see) Each time I saw dots on the screen it was just like IRL just only could be seen in a camera. And if this isn’t a Goryo how does that make sense? Or does that creepy dude have nothing to do with dots? Hmmm okay well after careful consideration I just saw a creepy dude and no dots lol 🤷🏻♀️
