This happend to some german streamers First they heard someone laughing then they saw a guy in a locker in the corner then they got killed and 100 ghosts spawned and crashed their game. This happened 2 times.(sorry for my bad english i am german)
I'm betting why it crashed is cause the lobby isn't a ghost world place like the other maps instead of doing it all the way and becoming soft locked it crashed

I watched a streamer 5 hours ago, he had the same thing but somebody came out of the closet in the back and there spawned like 30 ghosts.
