The Polter's sanity drain is almost unnoticeable unless you have someone staring at the screen in the truck. And the mimic's gimmick of existing i think is pretty overlooked because its mere existence makes you second guess yourself a lot when you only have 1 or 2 evidence. The Deogen for me at least would be higher up because if it decides to not do a lot or give you much evidence it can kill you very quickly but if you're playing in a group it sort of nullifies that effect. Also it appears you have ignored the evidences required to find a ghost because some evidences are quite annoying to get and could affect the power of a ghost because you have to stay longer risking the chance of death.
