  1. Wait. I missed a patch test stream? Something is wrong with my notifications for twitch, but only for your streams. I haven’t had a notification about yours in a week or 2. Shoot. I’m so disappointed that I missed this.

  2. Potato: So that defo proves it that rooms are going up with temp with diff speeds.
Psycho: So that defo proves it that rooms are going down with temp with diff speeds.
Me: Stay out of line of sight! Stay out of line of sight! Stay out of line of sight! AAAAAAH!

  3. This ghost description is just a mess 🤣 most common in hot climates, but attacks most l and moves faster when it's cold. Why is it most common in hot climates then? 🧐 Wouldn't it make more sense for it be more common in cold climates?

  4. Psycho my good guy, how were your demon hunts until now since the new patch arrived?
Yesterday, we faced one in the new map, and this was one of the scariest hunt I had since started playing. Aside of the common behavior of every demon (buffed a bit now) he was way more active, doing a lot of uncommon things (moving plushies and making them giggle, turning the radio on a lot, throwing stuff, moving things outside their room, then running faster as soon as the hunt started)
I am not sure if is pretty normal or not now, but that demon was really different from what we were used to.

Now about the hantu, from what I tested, I think that it is quite normal, I would say that, when we are around his area, his ability is a bit important to take into account, but now that you're showing us how it works, then I think that they should buff it a little more, not sure if like a revenant because reventants are quite unique on their own and originality is always welcome, but at least giving them a bit more of the "scary factor" by buffing their passives from 1.8 to 2 only in cold areas (specially their room)

  6. My first ghost on the new patch was a Hantu. I didn't realize that smudge sticks were nerfed and barely got away having failed to smudge. Fun times. 🙂

  7. Waiting for a ghost that sounds close when it's far away… But sounds far away when it's close :0

I know that makes it easy to identify if it's only for 1 type of ghost but it'd be scary af

  10. With the breaker off I'd say the hantu is the fastest ghost in phasmo but only after a line of sight speed boost over time. So it's the fastest ghost for sure but also as slow as Rev with the breaker on without line of sight. The rev is still more terrifying because it's speed boost is instant. The hantu in the right condition down a long hallway will eventually be faster than a Rev with the breaker off only if you let it see you for so long. The winner???? The revenant.

  11. What if rooms are warm, and you're in the LoS of Hantu? Would you still be able to outrun the ghost or not? If you're in small rooms with table and high temps, can you loop and npt get caught?

  12. I ended up getting similar results for the Hantu's speed in my testing (using motion sensors) compared to yours. The Hantu is about 15-20% faster (~1.75m/s) in a room that's 5C (41F) and 15-20% slower (~1.25m/s) in a room that's 17C (63F).

  13. If the power is on (warm rooms) and the ghost has line of sight, what is the max speed it gets to? I'm wondering if it can only match the players speed or can it still beat it and catch up?

  14. Now I’m curious.
If average player is 1.6 m/s, what is the speed of a Revenant with LOS?
Also, what speed can the Jin have when using its ability with Breaker ON?

  15. speedy boy, i like it. i first thought that the hantu would've been found by looking at the temperatures, but by finding a hotter room. the concept would probably be hard to implement, but it would change the game a lot

  16. Just got to be careful of the ghost room, since the ghost room is cold even with power on. It is actually pretty crazy to watch in small houses, where it moves really quick then instantly slows as it goes through a door.
