Have you gone back in for a photo only to lose your equipment before?
Was watching your videos and it made me reinstall the game. Of course the first ghost was haunting what seemed to be the stairs to the attic which made it impossible to get the last clue. It also seems like the thermometer was heavily nerfed since it used to almost guarantee the room it was haunting. The fact that the ghost will open lockers and remember your hiding spot is also a lot of fun.
As for the picture of the ghost, if it won't respond to "show yourself" so I can take a picture, I'm not risking one during a hunt :P.

Btw the themometer meta is waaaay over, particularly on Professional. The house is cold at the start so you're better off simply taking an EM reader or something. You mostly find it through finding knocked over stuff or sound so thermometer is really only good if you're stumped and the house has warmed up. I use a directional mic. If you stand and sweep you can pick up what general area of the house it is. Just have to learn its quirks which takes light reading/googling.
