  1. Thank you for disagreeing with blood is thicker than water. There is something to be said for choosing the people we want to spend time with. You can't pick your family. But you can pick your friends and people you love. And you can pick your nose.

  2. 2:24 actually the saying blood is thicker than water is shortened from "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb". Meaning the company you choose is stronger than the bonds of family.

  3. same with the blood relatives part my closest contact i would basically die for is my best friend which lives in albania i always do videocalls with her my family pff besides my mother sisters and brother most of the family is rotten from both my dad's side and mother's side both sides always talk shit about people behind their backs while contact with my dad was gone around 2005 halalujah so i dident have to deal with his side of the family my mother's side was one word stressful we eventualy just decided to get rid of the family members that cause us stress

we werent allowed to give a opinion since we were kids
they know better regardless if they are wrong they would belittle us even now that im 25 they dont give a shit we are still kids to them going as far as at one point my mother needed to choose between them or her kids
its always every time you visit them about someone when the person is not there talking shit
they arent happy for anyone but themself so if one family member is succesful they try to put guilt on them
and something that still effects me and my mother sisters and brother is that my grandma had incest with her cousin which left us with a higher chance of heart diseases and liver problems diabetes and migraines carpal tunnel syndrome and something that one of my sister's has which was even for that disease way to young she has a chronic back disease and due to her receiving it when she was around 13 has a chance when she is old to be paralyzed since often that disease effects people in a later age so they out life being paralyzed since it only gets worse and worse by the year she doesnt have that luck if she growns old

now i cant deny that the blood is running through me but i can atleast say i dont want this i dont want to talk shit about people i hardly know why? and im happy for someone elses succes and if im wrong then its basically a lesson to be learned this hole family blood tie means nothing we dont even say love you ever to eachother not that you have to but we are more like strangers to eachother then we are family sure my mother brother and sisters i got contact with but i wouldnt even know if i could call that a family bond

if i had a option to be reborn into a different family i would take it but thats not how it works now is it

  4. hey wade, i hope you see this as i think you would appreciate knowing your using the term correctly. the full quote is "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb." meaning any friend who has helped you in your dark times is far more a brother than someone related to you who is apathetic of your distress. people only remember half the quote and twist it to their own narrative. good on you for knowing better

  5. what I heard Pat say the ghost's name is Charles M…", why was I expecting him to say "Manson"?

and "God love ya" is another one of those sayings like "bless your heart"; a polite a way telling someone to go fuck themselves. XD

  6. Blood is thicker than water is used wrong so often
"The blood of the coven is thicker than the water of the womb."
That's the actual phrase. It means the exact opposite of what people use it as….
It means the relationship you have with the group you go through life with is more power than the ones that birthed you.
People shortcut it and use it wrong all the time.
Most short phrases like that are used wrong.
