Apparently some of them are broken on prison, asylum and highschool. Also the colors of the eggs are not synced in multiplayer but they still work. Have you found all the eggs yet?

This looks fun af. If they keep this feature in the game but change it to something like cleansing cursed spots, it'd be a cool and interactive way to restore sanity!

It’d be nice if they added a permanent feature like this. Every job you have to find a certain amount of personal items of the spirit and remove them from the house and have sanity restored. Maybe detected by emf.
