  1. I wouldn’t recommend clearing prefetch and temp if you’re on Windows 11, it isn’t necessary and will only cause windows to be slower.

Also forcing administrator can still bug your in-game mic to not work.

  2. Be careful use this technique, it'll mess up your steam. after following this tutorial my steam getting laggy, show fps in-game broken, steam overlay broken and it'll gives you broken image at steam point shop. if you still want to do it, consider to backup your files before you delete it.

  3. This fix works fine…. and I also recommend to turn down the resolution 640*480… This helped me a lot now i am getting around 40 50 fps… and if the screen cuts of from both side go to display settings in your pc and set the lowest display resolution and then revert it….. you will get full screen in game (Make sure game is running in background)

  4. This guide should not be followed a 100%, but most things said do indeed help to increase performance and decrease system load. Well done. (prefetch should not be deleted, system properties for the game shouldnt be changed)

  5. I have the short version for you guys.
Go in game properties and put those launch options.
Lower your graphics all the way down, except use quarter textures, because only an actual toaster would use those absolute 90s textures that is eighth
    The end
