Not sure how new you are to the game, but for the best chance of survival, dont run into small rooms like the bathroom. If you look there was totes in the living room that is an actual hiding spot that the ghost shouldnt kill you in unless you have an electronic on or the ghost sees you enter. There should also be trash cans, closets, and some chairs you can hide in or behind.
