I love the combination of the paranormal and the concept of the panopticon, which kinda sounds like a type of scp when you delve deep into the description of its construction and purpose.

No, This is phasmophobia but backwards. You have to find out the ghost to report it to the ghost anomaly execution team (Ghost Busters).

Point to mention, add to phasmophobia crazy pills, that makes ghosts more active, like stick to calm them, but opposite way
How you even finding game like this
I hate having catagories in this type of games. If the list is too long and too vague, and players are confused what type an anomaly might be, that's already a bad sign. And if you feel the need to include an "other" category, developers, you're doing something wrong.
