I feel like this could be a real ghost hunting TV show! The house could be booby trapped and there would be fake ghost hunting equipment.
Then the production company finds you guys and is like "bro this is a real haunted house. We'll pay you $20 to investigate" and your reactions are the highlight of the TV show.
To booby trap the house, they could have speakers, fog machines, smart bulbs, and other creepy stuff and they would pretend the show is real.
