Jinn is from Islamic tale that it was made from fire, and this game translate it that jinn can't stay away from source of energy like electric devices. this game translate jinn (and maybe other entity type) really accurate.
another thing to note: if the power blew even more than 3 times it can still be a jinn! messing with the lights can make the power turn off and they can turn the breaker off themselfs but its rare, i had a jinn that turned off the breaker 5 times. it can happen
What is the point of the Jinns strength? I’m not sure how it affects the hunt when it slows down whenever it gets near you. You can still outrun it even with its strength, so it’s basically a more active Spirit.
I noticed jinns are sometimes quite annoying to get evidence for, at least in my case. I also noticed they sometimes will start hunting without flashing lights or locking doors… It's just by surprise… Maybe it's a bug? I don't know.

The Jinn is almost always easily debunkable due to the fact that it’s so territorial.
Had a ghost hunt and kill a player in the first 3 seconds of unlocking the door
