  1. Yeah glad the bug with the ghost owning soo much land is done with. Insym had a phantom on bleasdale that owned the attic, one half of the second floor and the office and the bottom of the stairs. all except for the attic were freezing.

  2. I would love a deathwish difficulty were all the ghost have the same speed or are faster than you. Aswell as the tempurature indikator device being nerfed in that difficulty and no sanity pills.

  3. The moving to your last location might make it really rough in some areas, but for a lot of places you can turn around several corners and probably still lose the ghost without too much trouble. The biggest problems are where you are at a dead end and have to run into a room without any other hidings spots inside the room.

  4. too be honest ive played phasmo for over 200 hours and i stopped playing 6 hours a day cause i felt like a new map didnt add enough to the game to keep me as intensely engaged in continuing but new balance/difficulty changes like the slight but noticeable changes over time when coming back to phasmo has really made the game much more unique in experiences to long playing players making more memorable moments in the grand scheme of the games history

  5. I played today and the game was so buggy, it keeps entering hunting mode every minute but the front door is open, and the ghost won’t go out of the ghost room. We were in professional mode but we were able to get all evidences within 3 minutes.

  6. Question: if you slam a door in a ghost's face (which I have done multiple times, specifically with revs), will they now patrol straight into your room? Ooh, that'd be scary. Some would probs cry "make that professional only," even- although for me it does feel fair, because well. While it was always hilarious to slam the door on the ghost, it eventually got to the "too easy" stage. Need to play and find my balance for this specific change.

  7. Pretty sure you're interpreting the Prison fix wrong. Based on that wording it's not saying it'll no longer make one entire section of the cell block the room boundary. It's saying the boundary would bug and extend outside the left side of Cell Block A for example into the hallway you entered from and bathroom across the hall where the showers are.

  8. The ghost walking to where it last saw you sounds good at first, until you realize that there's a line of sight bug(?) that lets the ghost regularly catch brief glimpses of you through closed closet and locker doors…

  9. So basically, the update brings these effects:
Smudge sticks being way more relevant, due to the smarter AI changes. (As of now, non-beta, they're only used for objectives and sometimes if the ghost is a rev)

The Smarter AI will basically be a death trap for the smaller maps – smudge sticks are relevant here, but also forces you to keep track of your sanity, make sure you bring crucifixes, sanity pills, etc.

Most lobbies you join in will probably be Professional Difficulty – good luck, newbies! Hopefully you get a good team that'll tell ya everything you need to know as you play.

Romantic candle dinners with the ghost 🙂

  10. To explain why they might not be as interested in letting people pick a map. They probably don't want people to just pick a few of their favorite maps.

I personally like the random map selection, and hope, even if they do let us choose our maps. Let us have a random selection to choose from to help spread out what maps we end up going to.

  11. I want an upgrade where you can be the ghost and play with other friends. Like you can choose what to do: if you want to have fingerprints you can choose from this kind of ghosts and so on and the rest of the players are doing their job

  12. Question for anyone…Can the ghosts favorite room change now??? We were playing bleasdale farmhouse Yesterday. We got 9 degrees in the dining room and set everything up. Only got spirit orbs… We found ouja board and we asked where it is and it said living room with is at the opposite end of the house….
So we moved everything to living room and got temp below 10 in living room now( didn't before)… 2 of us died trying to get more evidence. We asked the ouja board again since my sanity was 0 anyways and it said Foyer…. Been playing this game for over a month and this is the first time we encountered this.

  13. I thought one good touch they could add to Pro (or higher) difficulty would be if you aggrivate the ghost too much it moves to another room and you have to re-locate it to gather evidence but I think it will be a bit too hard on the larger maps

  14. This smarter ai form kind of worries me because now if revenants see you, you’re just dead. I would greatly prefer that the ghosts gain hearing, and can see light, and maybe randomly open doors while they walk. That’d make hunts more dangerous without breaking revenants.

  15. When I play Phasmophobia mostly nothing happens, so it gets boring fast lol. I wish there could be an option to make the ghost more agressive and difficult. I mean I play on Professional but it feels like Easy wtf…
