15:00 honestly, unless they had like a specific rule in place already that expressly states a shot like that doesn't count, they should frankly count it, especially if it's super divisive like it's sounding/ multiple people with no invested interest are insisting it should count…. It frankly only causes trouble doubling down on not counting it like this, ngl
(and even if it is expressly stated….. Idk. Doesn't feel worth holding their ground on an arbitrary, unfun rule. Makes a difference to me if they didn't bring it up in any way beforehand not counting, tho.)
