  1. please don't give up on 7 days to die. it's really a great game. you just need to take some time and learn the basics. watch a few videos on how to survive. the other option is to invite an experienced player to join your group.

  2. Watching JITS/SIGS play Phasmo is prime entertainment. Definitely my favourite thing to watch you guys play. So lucky to get two of these back to back. 🙂

  3. I'm gonna copy+paste the comment I left on impulse's VOD because its a long chunk o' trivia.

For EMF, it is a lot of jumps of 4 or 5, no more no less.

    Some ghost behaviors and stuff:

Spirit – After being smudge stick'd, it cannot hunt for 180 seconds instead of the usual 90.

Wraith – No salt steppage whatsoever, can teleport to people, leaving an EMF 2 (or 5).

Phantom – Can appear as a shadow during events, less visible during hunts.

Poltergeist – Can do a multithrow (item explosion), throws harder than other ghosts, and throws during hunts every 0.5 secs.

Banshee – Screams. Targets only one person during a hunt, can wander to people (no EMF)

Jinn – As soon as it sees you during hunt, gets a boost of speed, then slows down afterwards. Cannot turn off breaker. Can leave random EMF at breaker.

Mare – Can turn off a light as soon as you turn it on.

Revenant – Wants a formula one career, but super slow when nobody's detected.

Shade – no hunting with other people nearby, also can appear as a shadow during events.

Demon – Can hunt at any sanity. 5m crucifix range. 60 second smudge stick invulnerability, not 90 (see spirit)

Yurei – Horrible to test for. Can completely slam a door outside of event/hunt. Smudging traps it in its room for 1 min.

Oni – More visible during hunts, no airball ghost events.

Yokai – Can hunt at 85% sanity when ppl talk nearby, but can't detect you from very far (other than line of sight)

Hantu – Gets faster in colder rooms, and when breaker is off, can see its breath in any room during hunts. Speed is erratic, and changes frequently. (Do not mistake the slow speeds for revenant slow speed, it will be more inconsistent.)

Goryo – Also hell to test for, but cannot change its favorite room. DOTS only on vid cam, no face dots.

    Myling – Quieter during hunts.

Onryo – Candles act likes crucifixes in 4m range. Every 3 candles blown out, tries to hunt.

The twins – can be slightly faster or slower than normal, also has large interaction radius, can do two interactions at once.

Raiju – Speeds up near electrical equipment.

Obake – Can shapeshift during hunts.

Moroi – gets faster with lower sanity, but smudging during a hunt blinds it for 12 sec instead of 6.

Deogen – Always knows where you are, fast at range, but very slow when close to you.

Thaye – initially fast/can hunt early, if you're nearby then it ages and becomes weaker.

Or just refer to this link – https://tybayn.github.io/phasmo-cheat-sheet/

I'd like to say thank you to Maggstor for teaching me all this lol

    Edit:

    ——-

    Banshee can scream on ParaMic.

Banshee, at beginning of the contract, picks one person as their "target". Hunts are chosen based off of their sanity, even if they are not in the house, and when hunting, if the target is inside the house, the ghost will exclusively follow/attack that person. Everyone else is safe until they die, or are not in the house.

For Demon, the amount of time between each hunt is minimum 20 seconds, instead of the usual 25.

Obake shapeshift is when the ghost model/character changes. For example, grandma becomes small demon child.

    Tips

    ——-

DO NOT, Under ANY cicumstances, hide from a deogen. You will die. Instead, loop it around the kitchen island/sofa in the foyer (sofa is not advised for looping other ghosts)

Motion sensor placed inside the salt piles is a good indicator of Wraith – If nobody walks near it, and it goes off, check for footsteps.

For Jinn, after you have found the ghost room, you can leave one EMF at the breaker. If the breaker is on and you randomly get EMF 2, it is a Jinn.

For Yokai tests on Willow street, the glass doors in the foyer block line of sight. If the Ghost is in the back rooms or kitchen, you can wait there (preferably with a smudge stick) and shout at it through the walkie-talkie. If it ignores you, and you hear the static, it is a yokai.

To test for Myling, you can hide in a spot, turn your flashlight on, and throw it on the ground. If the flashlight flickers and you cannot hear the ghost, even when straining your ears, myling is a likely candidate.

Mares will wander away from lights. If you know the ghost is in a room, then turn on the lights. If it suddenly hunts from a different room, Mare is a likely candidate.

To test for poltergeist, you can place piles of throwable objects in the ghost room. If one pile is suddenly all thrown at once, or you hear a lot of items thrown at once, it is a poltergeist.

To test for banshee, instead of trying to get a ParaMic scream, you can have everyone hide in a room (with crucifixes and smudges ofc) with motion sensors at the entryway to their hiding spot. If you suddenly get a beep (and nobody moved) it is a banshee.

  4. I was working in the office with my team last week and doing some data entry and every time I pasted into Excel i said “bop” without realising and that led to a 30min exploration into all things Skizzleman 😂

  5. level 10 does not mean there was a hunt. first of all they changed how that graph works, it's no longer an accurate representation of the actual activity level of the ghost and instead functions like an estimate or near guess. secondly as i stated it is an estimated measure of the ghosts activity level so the real level could be seven or six or nine but show a nine or ten when it's really not a nine or ten of activity. thirdly ghosts can achieve a level ten activity and not be hunting, it just means they are very active, it is a misunderstanding that ten = hunt because the activity level graph defaults to level ten during a hunt, but in reality it can be level ten without a hunt. of course its always safer to just assume a hunt when its ten so you dont die lol

grians logic for a shade is wrong, he is misunderstanding it's behavior as written in the book "i didn't need that last bit of info cause i'm not scared to cross off things" a lucky guess based on something he misunderstood. a shade being shy does not mean it hunts when nobody is around, which would make no sense, it means it prefers to hunt when there is only one person in its room/proximity.
