For everyone that isn't aware, the potato in Tanglewoods kitchen cabinet is a mini PsychoHipnotic, that's why it makes his classical "Hoh!" Noise.
What is that at 5:14 ?
I would change it so the key spawns under the door mat instead of the van
A good change could be to make the parabolic microphone able to hear the actual sound, not only the decibels
Id personally add more things to visuals like paranoia when your sanity is low. Things can happen and you can include things like the ghost being able to manipulate you more directly but have screen effects or things that make you question if it was real. Obviously it's never going to be completely immersive like that but the ghost spooking you or things moving and your screen having disorienting effects.
I would make the polter have emf 5 because real ones are pretty powerful
For the question, I'd add an option to turn on the ghost footstep sounds that were removed, they were nice
Make the death animation scarier. Like they grab your head and like scream at you or just do something spooky.
