  1. Completely random, but after being so adjusted by Compound's silky smooth amazing 120fps on PSVR2, going back to to replay something like RE Village VR was pretty rough. Mainly because of the 60fps 120 reprojection/motion duplication effect which just wrecks the visuals, topped with Capcom's forced HDR, which increases motion persistence blur since you're forced to crank up the VR brightness slider. If you drop it too low, you get severe shadow detail crushing.

I really hope Capcom can get both Village VR & RE4 Remake VR running at 90fps at a locked 2000×2040 per eye for PSVR2 on PS5 Pro. 90fps needs to become standard for VR, and 120fps being the luxury frame rate. 60fps just doesn't cut it, unless that motion doubling never existed. 😛 Maybe if developers starting VR-ifing' titles with Gamecube-tier visuals like Sin & Punishment: Star Successor, we'd easily get a locked 90-120fps @2K per eye.

Compound is the perfect example of how you optimize a PSVR2 game to the max, and not biting more than you can chew with the core visuals.

  2. As nice as CybeVR will look on the pro, I need enemies at least before i can dive back into that game. Got the platinum trophy within the first week i got it and was only able to do so much before getting bored.
