  1. You know what would be so helpful… if the devs rearranged the ghosts lists in alphabetical order because when I want to read about a specific ghost id just be sitting there for like 10+ seconds looking for the one I need

  3. Lactose intolerance is different to allergies.
Allergies is when your body perceives allergens, such as gluten, pollen, nuts, eggs etc, as external threats. When they find these allergens inside your stomach, it triggers an immune response. This response triggers a chemical release of Histamine which targets the allergen but also backfires, causing damage to the body itself. An allergic reaction is similar to a Cytokine storm, which is when the immune system releases a large amount of chemicals in a sort of last stand action against invaders such as pathogens/diseases or infections.

Lactose intolerance is a lot different, being the inability to properly digest lactose. This occurred over years of evolution and growth, and mainly occurs in mammals. Lactose intolerance is gained usually after infancy, as during that stage of your life with mammals is when they'd feed on breast milk. But as the animal grows older and starts to digest different sources of proteins and vitamins, such as meats, they'd no longer need to feed off of milk, causing your body to stop the digestion process of lactose.

    TL:DR
Allergic reactions is an immune response to allergens such as nuts and gluten
Lactose intolerance is a mammal's inability to digest lactose due to feeding off other sources of food other than milk from their mothers.

  4. I developed a gluten intolerance in my 20s. So, its been VERY hard to adjust since almost everything has gluten. Thankfully its an intolerance and not an allergy, but its very painful and crippling if I ingest it/too much. While its getting more common to get alternatives, they're usually VERY expensive and as a person on a limited income, can't always go for it. ($7 for GF waffles vs $3 for regular.) But I try to eat rice instead of bread and the only time I do have gluten I have pills that help digest it as long as its not an entire loaf of bread.

Also hi I also have insomnia so, theres that lmao.

  5. Three of my santa ghosts have been Hantus and one, a Raiju. 🤣 I took to hiding after cookie'ing and figuring out the ghost, because you only need one Hantu going DINGDINGDINGDING in your direction to swear off the big boy pants.
