If seen some scary shit while growing up the scariest one was where my sleep paralysis stabbed a knife into my chest and i could not move as thats how sleep paralysis works. next moment i bolt out of my bed and i start swearing " Mf why did u do that i fkn hate you im gonna find you and fkn kill you you mf" I was kinda pissed off but nothing scare's me now a days .-. You can channel your fear and fright into anger and then just say to everything that scares you "Fuck off I scare you now" It works trust me xD
