Im glad yall finally got it. For anyone struggling, while standing click and hold the door and look down, then walk into the door. This forces the door to tilt fowards. Then release the door and the game will push your character to the other side of the door. In this case because of the proximity of the door to the wall it will push you through the wall and to the outside. Learn it, teach it!
This can get you into many of the new out of map locations. With only a few requiring a slightly more advanced technique.
