  1. ya know what would be a good idea for devs

if the map had an option where it would have a paranormal activity map where it would rank 0 to 10 with colours and would show you where paranormal activity was happening in total

  2. Nice one! These solo runs are a lot more tense than the group ones 'cause you can only joke with yourself. Or the ghosts too but they don't normally have great senses of humor. I think you're supposed to wait for their response about how old they are BEFORE you send them lewd photos, er I would at least just to be sure. XD Well played!

  3. VR has a ton of bugs and various other issues, but there are two really nice things about it:

You can hold four items. You can't use your radio, turn on lights, or open doors while holding a fourth item, but it's great for transporting

You can stand items on end, or wherever you want. So you can set a ghost writing book and EMF reader up in front of the camera such that you can see them both really easily in VR. Can also set glowsticks on end so they don't clip into the floor and minimize the range of the light.

Oh and as a bonus, items on your belt still work in VR. The EMF detector still reads when in your inventory, and the spirit box too (idk if that's true for PC, I've never played the normal version)

  4. I do agree with adding more haunts and things of that nature, but please don't encourage Jump Scares. This game thrives on the fact that scares come in a very natural way, it doesn't feel cheap and made out to be scares just for the sake of a scare. Jump scares to me in Games or Films are cheap scares, they aren't interesting and are more annoying than anything. Things that actually scare me are things that are in plain sight even though you might not be able to see them. I had some ideas like how you'd see that one ghost in Visage through the window, maybe have ghosts sometimes appear in the windows randomly. Other scares could include things like much more faint noises that are almost hard to detect, like giggles, babies crying, etc. Things that add too atmosphere for sure. I just don't want to see cheap jump scares, it's one of the reasons I refuse to play FNAF…they are just lame and annoying. The only thing I might be okay with on Jump scares would be some new kill animations, instead of hands, maybe the ghost just jumping in your face and killing you. That would be okay, cause the tension is already building with a hunt. But out of no where jump scares, no thanks…they aren't scary, they are annoying and not scary to me. I get more mad than scared, lol.

  5. 'like the alien in alien isolation but you're actively trying to antagonise this'

You mean you HAVEN'T tried antagonising the alien yet? XD

Actually there's a survival map where you can piss it off a treat and be relatively safe. You won't get much done once it's pissed but it is HILARIOUS.

  6. Secret updates. That sounds like a really cool idea actually.
The game is already playing with the fear of the unknown. So what if you lauch the game one night,
alone by yourself, only to realize that the ghost you're facing does not match the ones on your list!😨

You keep hunting for the ghost, and for a moment you're pretty certain you can hear heavy footsteps in the hallway next to you.
    Thump thump
    Steadily approaching.
The door to your room slowly creaks open…

Btw I thought this video was both enjoyable and intense, even with such a lazy ghost.

  7. your spirit box experience reminds me of how i was playing with my friend and was pretty much constantly using the spirit box and got nothing, she takes it once, says "hello" "ATTACK" ….ghosts hate me xD this isn't the first time that happened

  8. Yeah asylum definitely sucks on solo! But there’s absolutely stuff you can do to make it easier! I feel bad for how much of this video was Just you walking around not knowing what to say any longer 😂 haha. Also is it just me who’s not a huge fan of the parabolic mic? (Sorry if I misspelled)
