I was also thinking oni because it was visible for a long time.
This Blinking does seem like it is an Oni. Also, Grandma moves at Normal Speed (if Ghost Speed is indeed 150 %).
BTW: Was that the Weekly Challenge on Camp Woodwind with no Smudge Sticks, broken Flashlights from a few Weeks?
I have absolutely no idea what it is. If the speed is modified then it's normal speed, the blinking seems normal to me, I don't see any polter throw, I didn't see the Obake shapeshinfting ability… Really, I have no idea.
