    Had a ghost in that farmhouse who just yeeted the garage/workshop entry door 2m to the side. It was still locked, but he couldn't lock me in since he literally had removed the door and plastered it on the outside wall of the house :'D

  3. So… for the speedrun attempt to be valid u gotta find all 3 pieces of evidence of the ghost type plus do all objectives for the run to be valid.

  4. Remember to be pointing the thermometer at the floor of the room you're wanting to check for temperatures. It is entirely possible (and common) to actually read the temperature of a room on the other side of a wall you are point at. This happens VERY frequently, and is usually what causes people the think the temperatures are being weird.

    EDIT: Thought I'd throw this out there, but I actually use this to sweep. Highschool and asylum especially. Just run down the major corridors, pointing the thermometer at the floor just on the other side of doors. No need to go in. It'll give you the reading anyways. (I wonder if this might get patched at some point?)

  7. Sadly, the Phasmophobia speedrun community is dead. They've stonewalled multiplayer runs behind everyone needing to have a computer capable to recording and playing at the same time. The reason for this was that one of the top runners decided to cheat a run, and instead of just kicking him out for cheating they sang him praises and started to gatekeep people being able to speedrun.
    If you plan on running this game, avoid the SRC community for it.

  11. So I had a similar experience with the smudge stick. Went in to smudge the room it was in.. and it showed itself and just walked out…..ignored us completely 🙁

    I think it was a wraith too if I remember correctly. None the less, some ghosts seem to not like the smudge stick and will move away from the area that has been smudged. Which could explain why it left the toilet and then the kitchen too.

  27. Smudge sticks prevents hunts for 90 seconds (120 if its a spirit) but ramps up activity considerably. I've had ghosts materialize before me even though they weren't hunting when I used smudge sticks on their room. Good for finding the last piece of evidence you need if you have a very stubborn ghost

As soon as I saw it briefly in the kitchen area, I got Wraith vibes since they're known for going through walls, though I wouldn't have wanted to risk assuming it without more evidence as the ghost could have just moved out of the room itself or perhaps just manifested through the wall or something.

    That door spin was both cool and creepy at the same time, reminded me of the spinning chair in the Ring xD

    I haven’t watched the whole video yet, I swear, but I’m pretty sure it’s a wraith…

    I mean it went to 5 degrees for a sec which means the ghost passed you, but earlier it was in the kitchen, so it most likely went through the wall!

    Edit- 02:33 confirms it even more! It dropped to 6 consistently so it’s the ghost room, so he was wandering!
