  1. Objectives:

    1. Take many photos of the ghost using the brightest flash possible to blind the ghost
    2. Barrage the ghost with questions about its love life until it gets angry and attacks you
    3. Relentlessly chase the ghost down until it gets too distracted and crashes into something

  2. A good thing to know about the weekly challenge as of now there is a 2 minute set up time because it is played on the intermediate difficulty.

  3. My first ghost was a Moroi but what threw me was that the ghost seemed to teleport/walk right next to me from quite some distance away (while I was in a dark room), and then ghost event-ed on me… I didn't realize that the Moroi could do this.

  4. My games were super easy. I decided to spice things up and exclusively use Monkey Paw to complete the challenge. Plan was: Wish to see the ghost to trigger a hunt to check for speed, then to trap the ghost for visuals in the kitchen, then do the wish for knowledge cheese right outside the door.
1st. Twins. Easy find during the first hunt.
2nd. Mimic. First hunt it was normal, the second one it mimicked an aged Thaye.
3rd. Myling. I literally didn't hear it coming until it reached the attic where I was looking for orbs. I just went for the gut feeling. I was right.

Literally took to 15 minutes. xD

  5. I started to make this challenge a lot harder for myself than it needed to be since I've gotten used to playing without all the evidence. I was trying to think of creative ways to identify the ghost without candles and salt, etc, and then remembered "oh I can just use the tools" and I finished the entire challenge in under 20 minutes because all my ghosts were happy to give me evidence.

  6. The monkey paw locks the ghost in its room but also locks you in the room you are the moment you make the wish. If you see at 12:09 you can see a locker on the door, which means that this room was locked, cause it's the ghost room

  7. Played this on multiplayer last night and people there brought up the smudge sticks but no lighter.
In one game, a ghost always hunted from Attic and always almost made it to the bottom of Foyer stairs which made it perfectly safe to be in Foyer. Ended up being Myling.

  8. I completed the weekly challenge for the FIRST TIME because my brother and i were torn a few times between a couple ghosts and i sat in a hiding spot during hunts and was able to guess correctly due to the speed! Thanks to YOU!!! Thanks for all your videos and tips! I’m finally getting better at this game haha.

  9. If you like the concept of the monkey paw, then theres a book you should read. A lot of people dont know this, but the monkey paw isnt an original idea. It comes from a book called "The Monkey's Paw" and in the book someone finds the monkey paw and abuses its power. Having read the book in 8th grade for my english class, Im really surprised that almost nobody seems to know about this. Every time I tell people they always thought it was originally from Phasmo (except for one guy.)
