So… I'm curious. I haven't played this update except once. For the tarot cards, is the hanged man an instant kill? You prey to the rng gods that you don't get it? How often do you get the hanged man card?

Change hanged man in solo mode to running man. Then the ghosts all have revenant speed mechanic and hunt immediately after drawing it. It's just a little faster than instant is all.
I think the Hanged Man shouldn't be in single player, or else should just be a Fool card. I don't think it's fair or fun to have an RNG chance to just simply… lose. Automatically. Nothing you can do, bye bye!
At least in multiplayer your buddies can still complete the game. (I also think if only ONE player is a live, Hanged Man shouldn't work)

you know what i'm actually extremely lucky with the tarot cards xD
Whenever me and my friend get the tarot cards we like to do some tarot roulette at the end of the quest (after we got everything done, ghost type objectives photos)
Basically i take a card, then he does, then i take a card again and the cycle continues until we are out.
Well usually i tend to get the sun and wheel of fortune cards (once got a hangman that turned into a fool)
He on the other hand kept getting moon death and once had hanged man
next card was a freakin empress xD

The instant kill cards should be removed from single player games.

They should add a tarot card that changes the ghost type in mid game even if you got the evidences and use the card.
Oni is crazy now. I've had one that did 2 events in 6 seconds, and then hunted.
