Hello! In this video I’ll be trying a new challenge. The ghost’s initials will ban any item starting with the same letter. Eg. Susan Clark would ban any item beginning with S and C.
Some letters are definitely worse than others, I would say S is the worst letter as it bans so many items.

An interesting demon buff could be that their hunt doesn’t necessarily end when they kill a player. They could have a 50:50 chance of completing their entire hunt phase, so it would be more dangerous to hide as a group.

On the beta branch I was hunted at over 85% sanity by a demon — what you've said at the end of the challenge makes sense!
He says the demon hunted him at 65%. But he was 65% after the hunt. How much does a hunt lower your sanity?
Me: "ah damn, he cant use the torch now because of Thomas!"
Nuzz: "let me grab this *flashlight*"
Me: "…oh yeah it has another name"

i just got hunted by a banshee i was at 89%
My friend and I have both been hunted by demons early on, around 80 – 90% sanity, more than once. I do like that the ghosts are becoming less predictable and slightly more dangerous. I do like the idea of them hunting more aggressively as your sanity wanes but I would love to see more unique abilities for each ghost too. More speed after each hunt, perhaps?
I think it's a little easy to get evidence before ever seeing a hunt.
Challenge: No equipment. No flashlight. Just the house, and the light switches. The scared homeowner mode.
The 'C' in Clark also bans the camera!
I was so sure from the teaser at the beginning of how this would end – you are so gutsy, I love it! As far as the demon being able to hunt at a high sanity: My husband and I were in the high school and he got killed. So I took some sanity pills and went in to avenge him by ID'ing the ghost and getting some objectives done. My sanity was no lower than 85 (according to my husband who now haunted the van) when I was hunted, repeatedly (I did manage to get out alive, thank goodness). I immediately proclaimed the ghost to be a banshee, but it was a DEMON!!! I was so shocked! I don't feel safe with high sanity anymore… This was on Sunday 1/31/2021 on Beta Branch (eternally grateful to you for encouraging playing Beta, it is so much more fun and challenging!). No idea if there was an update… but there you go! 🙂
I'd love to see more speed modifiers too. Like one that goes faster based on the number of hunts, or one where they go really fast if your sanity is critical. Could be a good rude awakening for someone who loops one too many times.

I would half and half it. There is no V initial, so definitely call Video Camera a C just so there's a chance it can be banned. There is Paul and Patricia though, so let those be how Photo Camera gets banned.
regarding faster ghosts. i think that ghosts that get faster will limit the playability of the game. i've been getting some tough ghosts lately and that's not even on beta (with the circuit breaker). the hardest part i've found is when on bigger maps, they're farthest from the van and you have to basically wait out a hunt while inside once before getting there. and then once while leaving. had a ghost last night that just wouldn't confirm the last evidence for us. not that i'm looking for speed runs, but it kinda slows it down significantly. and if every ghost got faster, i feel like i'd be timing the hunts more, and wanting to hide and wait one out closer to the room (provided i/we've found it) before moving further with mission. i mean, maybe that's what i'll want after more and more games. i just hit lvl 200.
I had a demon in prison on intermediate I think and it was in block A, it was hunting 3 of us all night, giving us 20 sec between each hunt to breathe. So I don't think demons are that weak… We are still fairly new to the game tho.

i still feel demons should be a legendary type ghost with its own unique ghost model and it wouldnt matter if you see it and know its a demon you have to get and check off all bonus objectives and clues to get any credit and its just savage hunting ghost that doesnt stop haha
An idea to make Demons more scary:
They are invisible to the naked eye during hunts, but you can see them in pictures. It would stop people from looping them, or if they do they'd have to use a camera.
