The nice-ish thing about bigger maps is that unless you're dealing with a ghost that is explicitly stated to be very fast when hunting, you can outrun them as long as you don't get caught on a corner, or something. This means you can rule those types out fairly quickly on big maps, or if you weren't able to outrun them, use what you know to possibly tag the right one. Grian's on the right track with using the extra book info to contrast with the clues.
    Another tidbit: It won't prevent sanity drop in haunted spaces, but holding a lit candle 'brings comfort', which can stabilize sanity loss, and even (*very* _slowly_) restore it in safe spaces.

  7. I haven’t watched the full vod yet so I don’t know if you guys already covered this. When you find the monkeypaw you should ‘Wish for knowledge’ this crosses out one evidence and crosses out a bunch of ghosts. But wishing for knowledge gives you terrible vision and makes you unable to hear others. The person who wished for knowledge schold remember the crossed out evidence then die and then somebody needs to ‘wish for life’. Wishing for life brings back the dead person but the one who ‘wished for life’ has a 50/50 of dying so it’s a potential life for a life. When the person is brought back to life you can’t wish a second time for life. Wishing for life is a one time only thing. After the person is brought back to life you aren’t deaf anymore and you don’t have terrible vision and the crossed out evidence remains in your book.

  10. How has Scar not heard of "The Monkey's Paw"?
    It should be common knowledge in every English-speaking country, being written in the 1900s! The story's been banging around for a while now!
    You should know the basic premise of "The Raven", "Mobey Dick", "Macbeth", "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", Frankenstein, Dracula, all these things from plays, novels, and short stories should be so deeply ingrained in the American zeitgeist that no one should be ignorant of them as an adult.

  15. Impulse and Skizz have mentioned doing something in the asylum chapel with the satanic circle that pissed a lot of people off. (In a JITS episode I think).Does anyone know what they did/what stream it was?
