My game never freezes in Phasmophobia, and I have a 3060, so I'm pretty sure your 3090 is fine. It likely has something to do with the game files. Reinstalling the game is probably not enough. You'll likely need to clean out the registry files and app data folder if there is one before reinstalling. You can also try reinstalling your drivers. Like.. removing them completely and then reinstalling them. There's something fishy going on, and its not the specs, nor the game; although, there might perhaps be a way to fix it within the game for the developers, but probably not.

I think the smudge stick is already strong as it is. I think what the devs should do is, keep this smudge stick as the middle tier. Then the lower tier is either a smudge like the old one where only the start and end works, or one that is just a small single instance where if you use it too early you are dead. And the high tier one should be something like an electronic smudge stick that you can recharge in the truck. This way, you don't get a stronger benefit during hunts, but you do get the benefit of never running out of smudge sticks, as long as you can go back to the truck.

Getting the Gold Trophy is easily the most fun I've ever had playing this game solo. I'm really looking forward to trying the challenge with all the new equipment to see how much of a difference it makes.
Insym, although I'm absolutely terrible at Phasmophobia, you helped me gain ghost knowledge.

I didn't all 3 of my trophies separately. Bronze to an oni. Silver to a Goryo. Gold after trying 1000 times, and resetting. finally got a deo in the female wash room and just ran with it. Got it with Para mic crusifix and emf. I almost had the gold to a Thaye, but died getting the ghost photo

Half of the viewers are confused on how insym is seeing stuff in the dark… Bros got night vision or wot? 😂😂
When I first started playing Phasmo (right after the Tempest update), my game froze every time an event or hunt started. It made the game unplayable because by the time my game would unfreeze, I'd already be dead. I don't know what fixed it, but it stopped happening over time. The freezes looked just like yours, except they only happened when an event or hunt started.
My game also freezes but instead of loading again it just crashes my whole pc
When I saw the freezing breath, I was like doing the Leonardo Decaprio whistle and then point meme 😂
