Do mannequins have a specific meaning or its just a random thing ?
The scariest and most insane challenge is go to Asylum, do the single wheel randomizer challenge (light source included), spin three items that will be used in the entire game, and not having any light source in doing that challenge because the wheel wants to make your life miserable.
Also, we want to see you doing this challenge in lvl 6666. And I hope that the video length will last for an hour just like the old days (That's so terrifying and exciting at the same time)… Hope you notice this.

Nice challange. It's similar to what I proposed for Nightmare difficulty: No electronics (neither in truck), more candles, salt, crucifix, etc. to replace those items. Also some normal equipment can be replace by their ancestors like a glow powder you can throw in the air to see ghost orbs for a few seconds or a needle on a thead to feel the EMF and so on. also sanity drops faster and pills are replaced by less effective herbs. 🙂
