At 54:20 you say it's hunting right now …. if you listen to the footsteps at this point you will hear that the ghost is really slow. It doesn't know where you are. Then if you listen to the footsteps after it notices you you will hear that the the ghost is really fast. It caught line of sight with you. Rule to remember here, revenants are slow when not in line of sight of you and fast when they are.
Mylings are quiter when hunting: This means that you can hear it's footsteps only when it's close to you and not when it's far away from you.

When I was playing phasmophobia with my siblings I realized that the mimic sucks we had everything for the hantu because as soon as we walked in I found a ghost orb then at the end I read about the mimic and it said that the mimic also produces ghost orbs
