The #phasmophobia patch notes for v0.26.4.2:
Fixes
1. Fixed a bug where there would be a large spike in network traffic during hunts causing disconnects.
2. Fixed a bug where the Ouija board photo “interaction” evidence could only be taken from one side.
3. Fixed a bug where door positions would de-sync between hosts and non hosts if the ghost tried to grab a door that a player was grabbing.
4. Fixed an issue with the Activity Monitor where you could still see EMF Level 5 from it.
5. Potential fix for players not always dying.
6. Bleasdale: Fixed a bug where the ghost orb and bone could spawn outside if they spawned in the attic.
Changes
1. Changed the texture of the farmhouse walls to fix seams and tiling.
2. Moved the candle, salt and lighter spawns in the truck to help prevent accidentally lighting the Smudge Sticks.

The activity chart in the truck should, like I originally assumed, have nothing to do with the EMF reader. It should have a different way of tracking ghost activity and amounts that is in no way connected to the EMF reader. I was SUPER disappointed when you explained to me that the activity chart was showing EMF readings. I

Each player sees different levels on the activity board now. That's how it's impossible* to see EMF5 now.
they should fix the fingerprint ghost not leaving any fingerprints on the attic

Fun fact: I actually wrote dk on discord and asked him about the farmhouse wall textures and offered to make them seamless and he actually sent me the og textures which i made seamless but we noticed that because of the model of the house some uvs dont line up properly, so there are still some slight seams but they are much less noticeable

I played last night and the EMF chart seems to have reverted back to its old graph design without the spikes. Not sure what the deal was there.
its not that i dont trust the devs, but it would feel so weird to take a photo of the quija board without first setting it up
I kind of wish they kept the ACtivity Tracker the way it was before these updates to detect EM5, but have it start offline. Then you can use some sort of Wall mounted Sensor ie (sound sensors, infrared sensors, and motion sensors) to feed the activity to the van. So basically allow the players to decipher EM5 from the can like it was before, but dont give us the Activity Chart for free, let us set it up with sensors. Because honestly it is annoying sometimes trying to bait EM5 out of a ghost

Now me trying to understand how activity chart works once again
When I was playing – the board no longer does the estimates, but it seems like EMF 5 was removed from the activity the Board can see? (The Board only reads EMF events of 1-4, but still can read multiple events)
