Just a tip. You guys need to move away from the ghost room when it attacks. xD Crouching in a corner wont save you. I think you have 4 to 5 seconds time to run after you hear the ghosts voice.
It wont hear your foot steps and it cant see you behind tall objects.
Looking for hiding spots before gathering evidence is a good strategy.
